Dreaming of Pay-What-You-Can Yoga?

It’s not a dream, yoga loving friends! Every month I choose four classes/courses/workshops to offer to the online yoga community as a love offering! As in donation! As in pay-what-you-can!

  • Morning Core Routine: a time managable routine to stregthen your core and help energize you for the day!
  • Agni – The Fire in Your Belly: create heat in your practice and learn to efficiently use energy with vinyasa flow.
  • Hip Opening Floor Work: soothe achy muscles and release tension from the back body with this slow paced, gentle work.
  • Backbend Workshop: Use the core routine, vinyasa flow and hip opening floor work to prepare you to deepen your work int his backbending workshop.
