The psoas muscles are a big deal when it comes to the human body. For starters, they’re the only muscles keeping your legs attached to your torso. Then we’ve got the iliacas, when combined with psoas major and psoas minor creates the iliopsoas – a term you might hear referred to fairly often in the yoga world.
But what does all of this mean in your practice? It might affect core strength, hip mobility, back tension, balancing poses and more. Find out how to strengthen, release and gain better use of these incredibly important core muscles in this 2 hour donation event!
