Spring Into Strength and Stability
A 30 day challenge designed to deepen one’s practice through asana and lifestyle. Led by Grace Duckworth, creator of the “Strength and Stability Flow” – a series for revitalizing joints through stability in muscular structure and support of a healthy skeleton.This challenge includes 6 practices a week at Hagoyah’s Yoga Den, dietary support, facebook group page, journaling and optional weigh in with before and after pictures.
The series is constructed to work with all levels. Each posture offers choices in what degree of discomfort the practitioner would like to explore.
Orientation Sunday March 6, 4-5 pm
March 7th- April 2nd
Mon – Fri 5:30 – 7 am 90 minute Strength and Stability Series
Sat/Sun – “Free Class”/optional class on current Hagoyah schedule
$150 for 30 challenge
$100 for yoga teachers or teachers in training
Complete 20 of the 30 days and get one month of yoga at Hagoyah!
