21 Day Yoga Challenge
Shift with the seasons! Nature changes, which means so should your practice and eating habits! Join Grace Duckworth and Danika Hanson on this (quarterly) 21 day journey into asana, dietary restriction and a strong focus on meditation! Meet once a week for group meetings and attend early morning meditation Monday – Friday from 6 – 7 am. Fuel your body with nutritious meals, strengthen mind with focus and grow in spirit with daily practice!
