Spend the weekend with Emily Norton and Grace Duckworth in this intimate, 5 person setting to dive deep into what it means to take care of one’s self.
Day 1: “Love Your Body”
Explore the importance of taking care of yourself through restorative postures and guided meditation.
Day 2: “Nurturing Self”
Take what you learned in Day 1 and put it into practice off the mat and into everyday life!
